But for people who have are allergic to wheat need not worry about how will they otherwise go about including whole grains in their diet. People with wheat allergy can go in for whole grain by including quinoa, spelt berries, millet and buckwheat in the diet. But you may want to rethink wheat.
Sometimes wheat has been seen to cause headache. Try avoiding wheat and your migraines might just go away. Eat gluten free diet. Gluten, a protein found in wheat, oats, barely, rye etc, if avoided could reduce the chances of migraine or nasty headaches from coming back.
Gluten sensitivity may include celiac disease that results in abdominal distention, vomiting, diarrhea, muscle wasting and lethargy. Gluten can also develop neurological problems or dermatitis herpetiformis. These are lesions like blisters on the elbows, buttocks, knees etc. Wheat is also seen as a cause that develops a natural fungus that can cause health problems like diabetes, asthma. Wheat allergy is also seen as a cause to develop cancer.
People who have intolerance for wheat may also suffer repeated miscarriages. This means for the person suffering it may have a problem with gluten.
Herbicides used in wheat can cause birth defects in the babies. Intolerance or allergy to wheat may also cause arthritis, heart disease or osteoporosis.
If you think you have an allergy to wheat but are not sure about it you might try keeping it out of your daily diet for about a month and then bring it back. If you feel better avoiding wheat, then it probably says it all. Don’t worry about whole grains missing from your diet because there’s always brown rice pasta and spelt bread.







I was told that I had a wheat allery. Is is also assummed that I have the gluten problem. I have been struggling with this problem for almost 6 months or more. My insurance will not cover any dietary help at all. My dovtor even wrote them a letter. I was not told that i had the gluten problem. Please send me some words of wisdom. Thank you Audrey
