		<description>Thanks for posting this.  In addition to getting enough sleep (studies show an increase in breast cancer with less than seven hours), try to sleep in total darkness.  Completely blind women have a very low incidence of breast cancer, whereas flight attendants have an elevated risk, and a few studies, though not all, have pointed to an increase in night-shift workers.  Melatonin, which is manufactured in the brain in total darkness, may play a role.  For those interested in great recepes with cancer prevention as well as weight control in mind, I love the American Institute for Cancer Research website, www.aicr.org.  They have free recipes that are designed to taste great, not just protect our health.
