I have to admit. I use supplements. I know I don't have the healthiest diet and I'd rather have the regular supply of calcium than fall short with my food selections. It's a weakness that I'm working on and I hope to be able to enjoy a healthy diet that will cover my calcium needs, but in the mean time, I am glad supplements exist!
