Just snort a couple a day and gradually get off them. Its supposed to be one of the hardest addictions to kick so be smart about it. i personally don't trust the additives them put in the weaker pills like nurofen and think it would be safer on a far smaller dosage of something more potent like panadeine forte or valium. its a pretty good feeling but make sure you know when to stop. addiction creeps up on you like a motherfucker and strengthens as time goes on and your tolerance increases. your wasting your money dude.
