my wife and i were told that we should opt for the c-section because the Ischial spine is around 9.5 cm and the baby's head is close to 11 cm.... we were also led to believe that the ischial spine measurement will remain ridgid during labor. i am skeptical as our doctor has wanted to induce for weeks now.
