Eating a meal according to your nutritional type will result into an instantly noticeable and long lasting improvement in your energy level, mental capacities, your emotional well-being, and will give you a feel good feel for several hours.
First see if you feel any of these in an hour or so after eating. Like do you feel hungry even after having the meal? Do you crave sweets after meal or often otherwise? Does the energy level drop? Do you feel hyper, nervous, irritable, angry or depressed?
If your answer is yes, then the reason may be an improper combination of proteins, fats and carbohydrates when you had your previous meal. There is a chance that you are eating the perfect foods suitable for your metabolism, but may be you are having too much of the type of food that your body doesn’t require and are having little of what it does. This can easily produce the symptoms discussed above.
What you need to understand is that every individual has a different metabolism. You may be eating very high-quality nutritious foods and still feel quite unhealthy and sick. You also may not be among those who crave sugar or junk food but in spite of such a routine suffer with many health problems. So it is important that you learn and understand your own nutritional type and work on a diet comprising types of food that are right for you. This doesn’t mean your meals are going to be an uninteresting affair since you have to stick to a routine. You can make every type of meal interesting and look forward to it like you earlier did.
You need to learn the right and wrong foods as per your nutritional type which will help you to fight and prevent disease and improve the way you feel physically as well as emotionally.
