The institutions are taking the brain damage research forward and have had very alarming things to disclose. Studies in China have confirmed the results on the basis of animal studies that elevated fluoride use leads to reduced I.Q. in children.

Replace your fluoride-laden toothpaste with non-fluoride toothpaste. Families, which encourage diet with very little sugar and minimum processed foods, have very low rates of tooth decay. Avoid taking fluoride-laden treatments from your doctor. Do not give your kids additional fluoride supplements.
The most difficult part is being able to remove fluoride from your drinking water. Some chemicals added to your drinking water may evaporate, but fluoride is not one of them.
Most of you may be surprised to know that nothing -cooking, food processing, regular filtration, or even digestion can remove fluoride from drinking water.
The only known way to get ride of fluoride from water is by way of using a reverse osmosis filter. It is also worth remembering that you should filter not only the water you drink, but also the water you use to wash and cook the veggies with, or make ice cubes.
